African Forestry in collaboration with Tanzania wooden Poles producers’ association, we've invited guests to the 6th Parliament session.

The delegation sort to highlight the impact wooden Poles have had on poverty alleviation and rural electrification over the past 5 years through efforts for local businesses. The visit included a meeting with the minister for energy Hon. January Makamba on the future of the Pole industry in Tanzania.

The private forestry meeting on advocacy focuses on 2020-2025. In developing the commercial forestry sector in Tanzania, all stakeholders should come together to synergize the way forward of the sector, to ensure sustainability.
